Critic’s corner: What’s on TV tonight?

Glee 9 p.m., Channel 25

It’s back for season 4, and I am going to stick by my promise not to complain anymore about how this show went south. There’s no point in going on about how lame and teachy “Glee” got, and how it has an Auto-tuned soul. None at all. So, tonight Rachel moves to New York to attend NYADA, but she has to contend with a difficult dance teacher played by Kate Hudson (pictured). Meanwhile, back at McKinley, the glee club seeks new recruits including Puck’s half-brother. There. True to my word.

America’s Got Talent 8 p.m., Channel 7

This hardly seems possible. I thought the season would extend into the holiday season. But tonight, the show will anoint its newest winner, who will join — wait, who won last year and the year before? Whatever. It’s Howard Stern and Justin Bieber.
