The New Normal 9:30 p.m., Channel 7
Oh lordy, this show is going down the tubes fast. Last week’s episode was excruciating, as Bryan and David – who, by the way, treat Goldie like chattel without getting called on it – tried to prove to hateful Republican Nana (Ellen Barkin, above) that they are Democrats who hang out with black people. I was afraid Ryan Murphy might use this lovely little premise to make Big Points. The characters are going through what the kids on “Glee” went through, as they devolve from characters into mouthpieces.

Every week, G4 is reairing four back-to-back episodes of “Lost” on Monday nights. Now the network will be doing the same thing on Tuesdays for “Heroes,” a show that started off strong and then, well. . . Part of me wants to recommend these two sci-fi serials to viewers, but once you know where they end up, well. . . But maybe you’ll be more into the means than the end, or, well. . .
