Project Runway All Stars Lifetime, 9 p.m.

It’s probably pretty accurate to say that everyone on earth was horrified that Dmitri’s liberated ice-dancer-wear triumphed over Fabio’s avant-Zbornak collection on last week’s “Runway” finale. Luckily, this second iteration of “All Stars” is all about redemption. It also seems to be about bringing back the most irritating possible cast of castoffs: Kayne? Suede? Emilio? The also-rans sharpen their scissors and their catchphrases to delight judges Joanna Coles, Georgina Chapman, and upright poodle Isaac Mizrahi. If nothing else, this season will be another chance to watch Wendy Pepper fail at something — and isn’t that what really matters? Pictured: Suede.

30 Rock Channel 7, 8 p.m.

As final goes go, this “30 Rock” swan-song season hasn’t been bad at all. You may be able to feel the end creeping up in the periphery, but the approaching tide hasn’t yet eroded the jokes too noticeably. Tonight, Jenna gets close to the Crabcatchers and Liz gets duped into partying with Republicans.
