Ghost Storm 9 p.m., Syfy

This Carlos Bernard vehicle . . . That was fun to say. Syfy’s latest kookerooni movie is about an electrical storm system that is being fueled by supernatural forces. Crystal Allen of “Anaconda III” stars with Bernard (above) of “24” as a couple trying to save the people on an island from the storm, which is being caused by “angry souls from a mass suicide looking for revenge.”

Wedding Band 10 p.m., TBS

Nope, not a reality show about a wedding band. This one is a sitcom starring Brian Austin Green as one of four guys trying to make it as party musicians. Expect lots of bridezillas, flirtatious bridesmaids, and cold feet. I’ve got to hand it to TBS: With reruns of “Seinfeld” and “The Big Bang Theory,” new shows such as “Wedding Band” and “Sullivan & Son,” and the return of “Cougar Town” in January, the network has become a successful comedy hub on cable.
