Extreme Cheapskates on TLC.

TLC

“Extreme Cheapskates’ on TLC.

Extreme Cheapskates Sunday at 8 p.m., DFH

Downton Abbey Sunday at 9 p.m., Channel 2

Edith has a letter published. And a plot.

Saturday Night Live 11:30 p.m., Channel 7

Loving Jennifer Lawrence right now. America’s not-so-sweetheart.

Ripper Street 9 p.m., BBC America

Ripping.
