Kitchen Nightmares 8 p.m., Channel 25

If you fly over Massachusetts, you might see a giant black and blue mark in the town of Hanson. That would be the Olde Hitching Post, a restaurant owned by Tom Kessaris that got a thorough going-over by chef Gordon Ramsay (above right) last summer. According to the Fox blurb, Ramsay “faces off with stubborn owner Tom,” who bought the eatery for his oldest daughter, Andrea, but “still refuses to let her have any control.” Can Ramsay “revive this restaurant and put an end to the father-daughter feud”?
