The NAACP Image Awards 8 p.m., Channel 7

Steve Harvey (above) hosts the 44th annual event, which honors movies, TV, music, and literature. This should not be the only awards show paying attention to “Treme,” but sadly it is, with nominations for Clarke Peters, Khandi Alexander, Wendell Pierce, and best drama series. The contenders for the top movie prize are “Flight,” “Django Unchained,” “Beasts of the Southern Wild,” “Red Tails” and “Tyler Perry’s Good Deeds.”
