What the what? “The Office” is beginning its final length with a peek behind the cameras, as we meet the filmmakers of the documentary that is “The Office.” Last week, they jumped in to protect Pam from an attack, and one of them, Brian, got fired for it. Clearly, there is chemistry between Pam and Brian, who has been watching her for years. On Thursday night, Jim and Pam socialize with Brian, which is bound to be awkward.
