I was at a friend’s house the other night and “Dance Moms” was on. . . . OK. I was watching “Dance Moms” the other night. And it is one of TV’s most repulsive and toxic series at this moment in reality TV. This thing is filled with showboating, contrivance, and, oh yeah, the psychological abuse of kids. The mothers look like drag queens with wigs on and Abby Lee Miller (above) is a ridiculously exaggerated monster. Tuesday night, Lifetime is serving up a two-hour episode for your vomiting pleasure.
