Game of Thrones 9 p.m., HBO

It’s been a while so how about a few reminders about where we left off in our saga of Westeros? Jon Snow is trudging through the wilderness with the wildlings on his way to meet Mance Rayder. Varys is conspiring with Ros against Littlefinger, who now has Harrenhal. Tyrion Lannister has been brought low by war and his sister Cersei. Their father Tywin Lannister
is now Hand to the evil King
Joffrey. Thanks to Catelyn Stark, Jaime Lannister is taking a walkabout with Brienne in the hopes of trading him for Arya and Sansa. Arya (Maisie Williams, above) is actually on the lam. Stannis Baratheon claimed to see
visions in Melisandre’s fire. Daenerys Targaryen got her dragons back. Oh and the Night’s Watch? They have
encountered terrifying white walkers beyond the wall. Strap in.

Ben Hur 8 p.m., Ovation

A wholly unnecessary but star-studded remake that includes familiar Sunday night faces like Emily VanCamp (“Revenge”) and Hugh Bonneville (“Downton Abbey”).
