Critic’s corner: What’s on TV tonight

The Central Park Five 9 p.m., Channel 2

Ken Burns, along with his daughter Sarah Burns and her husband, David McMahon, directed this documentary about the five black and Latino kids from Harlem who were wrongly convicted of raping a 28-year-old white jogger in Central Park in 1989. After spending years in jail, the sentences of the “Central Park Five” were overturned when a serial rapist confessed to the crime and DNA evidence backed him up.
