Constitution USA With Peter Sagal  9 p.m., Channel 2

You’ve probably heard him on NPR’s “Wait Wait … Don’t Tell Me,” where he is endlessly witty. Now you can see him, and his significant eyebrows, on this new four-part series. Sagal takes a cross-country motorcycle trip to explore the contemporary relevance of the Constitution. Among the issues he addresses with the people he meets: same-sex marriage, presidential power, the separation of church and state, medical marijuana, gun control, and health care.
