Web Therapy 11 p.m., Showtime

This funny, mean, wonderful little comedy returns for its third season, with Lisa Kudrow as Fiona Wallice, the petty, manipulative, and pretentious therapist who sees clients via Skype. A bearded Steve Carell guest stars in the premiere as Fiona’s over-attached vacation fling. And Megan Mullally shows up as a Broadway musical writer whose latest production is all about Fiona. The chorus of one of the songs? “Fiona, Fiona, why are you so fat?”

Catering Wars 10 p.m., Lifetime

This new reality show looks at the competition between four catering companies in Atlanta. Oh yeah, and the fighting within each of those companies. In Tuesday’s episode, Atlanta’s Finest wins the bid for a high-end Botox party — it’s a party for the Tupperware of the cheeks. But it’s not smooth-going, even if the faces are. Budget hassles threaten to tear apart the company’s brother and sister team.
