MTV Video Music Awards Sunday, 9 p.m., MTV

Justin Timberlake goes into the night as one of the artists with the most nominations for MTV moonmen trophies with six, tying Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Of course, the real buzz isn't about Video of the Year, but the award he already knows he's bringing home. Reportedly, Timberlake (above) may be reuniting with his buddies from 'N Sync as part of his acceptance of the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award for his "pioneering and innovative impact." If this does happen, how great would it have been for this to have come as a surprise to Timberlake/'N Sync fans? Is there such a thing as a spoiler alert for an awards show?
