Critic’s Corner: What’s on TV Saturday

The Crazy Ones Saturday, 8:30 p.m., CBS

I’ll confess that I stood back (way back) when the Robin Williams/Sarah Michelle Gellar sitcom “The Crazy Ones” debuted last fall. I thought I would consume more Advil than popcorn if I had to sit through Williams’s overzealous rantings. But after experiencing one of those nights when Mr. Sandman refused to ring my doorbell, I watched, and then watched some more. The fact that I enjoyed this sweet little show without the urge to tase Williams either means that “The Crazy Ones” is good, or I was really tired. The Walking Dead Sunday, 9 p.m., AMC

I have a deep-seated fear that the whole Glenn and Maggie thing is going to turn into, well, a thing. How long must we poor viewers wait until they are reunited? Will there be a series of tension-inducing near-misses until they are finally back together? It’s not just Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) who need to find each other. It’s time to get all the former prison dwellers reunited because the suspense is driving me to eat can after can of Crazy Cheese.

Looking Sunday, 10:30 p.m., HBO

HBO greenlights a second season of “Looking.” A nation shrugs its shoulders and says “meh.”

HitRECord Saturday, 10 p.m. Pivot

Joseph Gordon-Levitt and his dimples are joined by John Krasinski.

Saturday Night Live Sat., 11:30 p.m. NBC

Colin Jost and his hair join Cecily Strong behind the anchor desk.
