Portlandia 10 p.m., IFC

Don’t forget about “Portlandia”! The show works so well in snippets online, but there’s pleasure to be had in watching episodes in their entirety. This season has been good so far, probably because IFC runs less than a dozen a year. No writer burnout. I can get tired of Fred Armisen, but not when he’s working with Carrie Brownstein; their mutual drollness is addictive. In this episode, a look at tailgating at a live “Prairie Home Companion” show.

Community 8 p.m., NBC

A David Cross guest-starring appearance is always worthwhile. Tonight, the man who played Tobias Funke on “Arrested Development” appears as Professor Hickey’s estranged son, Hank. The writers call back to the season 2 Dungeons & Dragons episode, as the study group uses a game of D&D to help heal the relationship between father and son.

Reign 9 p.m., The CW

Thy selfie hath been posted, milady.

Vikings 10 p.m., History

Fantasy pairing: Ragnar and Crazy Eyes.

Grey’s Anatomy 9 p.m., ABC

Meredith’s project is in vein.
