‘The Bachelorette’ finale leads to proposal

LOS ANGELES — Yes, Andi is engaged. And no, she’s not pregnant. Josh was the last man standing on ‘‘The Bachelorette’’ last night, as the season concluded.

Andi shot down Nick before the final Rose Ceremony. Nick seemed stunned after professing his love for Andi. But she told him the ‘‘feeling was not right.”

As Josh and Andi hugged and kissed, he got down on one knee and popped the question. Andi said, ‘‘Yes.’’ Later, during the live ‘‘After the Final Rose’’ reunion show, Andi denied rumors that she’s pregnant. But Josh got a big laugh when he said he was trying. They say they’re thinking about a spring wedding.
