The Story of “Frozen”: Making a Disney Animated Classic 8 p.m., ABC

If you or your kids have yet to tire of the “Let It Go” phenomenon, then this behind-the-scenes look at the chilly but heartwarming blockbuster is probably for you. Hosted by Kristen Bell (who provided the voice for Anna), the special traces the evolution of the film, includes interviews with Oscar-winning composers Bobby Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, and offers clues about the “next step” for the film’s characters..

Download Festival 2014 8 p.m., VH1 Classic

Rock festivals offers logistical challenges, fluctuating sound quality, and a suffocating crush of humanity. Luckily, most of them are recorded now. This one offers a surfeit of sets from A (Aerosmith) to Z (Rob Zombie, above), and plenty of other acts in between, including Fall Out Boy, the Offspring, Linkin Park, Twenty One Pilots, The Pretty Reckless, and — why not? — Twisted Sister.
