Critic’s Corner: What’s on TV Thursday

Gavin Bond/SHOWTIME

7 Deadly Sins 11 p.m., Showtime

It’s Effin’ Science 9 and 9:30 p.m., G4

Dating Naked 9 p.m., VH1

It’ll bum you out.

Snack-Off 10:30 p.m., MTV
