Downloading directly to your iPad – First, make sure you have Apple's free iBook application installed (download it here). Click the "download" link below and select "open in iBooks."

From a desktop computer – Right-click on the "download" link below and click "Save As" to download the e-book. Drag the downloaded file into your iTunes account, connect your iPad to the computer and sync the device with your iTunes.

Downloading directly to your Kindle – Simply click on the "download" link below to load the e-book directly onto your Kindle.

From a desktop computer – Right-click the link below and select "Save As" to save the e-book to your computer. After downloading the file, connect your Kindle to the computer. Drag the file into the "books" folder of your Kindle.

Downloading directly to your Nook – Simply click on the "download" link below to install the e-book on your Nook.

From a desktop computer – Right-click on the "download" link below and select "Save As" to save the e-book to your desktop. After downloading the file, connect your Nook to the computer. Click on "My Files" and drag the e-book file to the "books" folder of your Nook.
