PORTLAND, Maine — In September, the Portland Museum of Art completed its restoration of Winslow Homer’s Prouts Neck studio by opening it for public tours. Celebrating the restoration, the museum has mounted two shows: “Weatherbeaten: Winslow Homer and Maine,” which consists of works by the artist, and “Between Past and Present: The Homer Studio Photographic Project,” which directly relates to the studio. The photography exhibit runs through Feb. 17.
