Fossil Inc. shares rally

The Texas-based maker of watches and jewelry says it is not seeing a slowdown in Europe and that its primary market, Germany, remains solid, according to an investor note from Eric Beder, a Brean Murray Carret & Co. analyst. He made the report following the company’s presentation at the ICR XChange conference. The stock rallied 9.3 percent, the third-biggest gain on the Russell 1000.
