SeaChange finance chief Bisson resigns

SeaChange International shares slipped after the Acton-based multiscreen video solutions provider said that Kevin M. Bisson resigned as finance chief, effective yesterday, to accept a position at another company. Bisson, who joined SeaChange in March 2006, has also been treasurer and a senior vice president of the company. SeaChange chief executive Raghu Rau thanked Bisson for “his years of dedication’’ and said the company intends to appoint a new finance chief next week.
