Friendly’s trying to reach firmer ground

Harsha Agadi loves his mint chocolate chip ice cream and his strawberry Fribble. The 49-year-old Friendly’s chief executive continued to rely on these dairy indulgences after the Wilbraham chain filed for Chapter 11 last fall.
