Boston lawyer keeps steady hand on Romney’s holdings
R. Bradford Malt watches investment implications
R. Bradford Malt is best known as chairman of Boston’s biggest law firm, Ropes & Gray. But last week, he burst into the national spotlight as the trustee responsible for Mitt Romney’s vast fortune and controversial decisions to invest some of it in a Swiss bank account and tax havens like the Cayman Islands and Luxembourg.
