Dresser-Rand Group, which makes equipment for the oil and natural gas industries, cut its forecast for 2012 operating income. The Houston company said the adverse impact of the strengthened US dollar on its outlook is estimated to be about $30 million, and cut its forecast to $360 million to $420 million.
