Prestige Brands


Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. rallied the most since its 2005 initial public offering. Genomma Lab Internacional made an unsolicited offer to buy all outstanding common shares of Prestige - an Irvington, N.Y.-based company that makes products such as Comet, Clear Eyes eye care products, and PediaCare - for $16.60 per share, valuing the company at $834 million. Prestige said it will review the offer.
