It’s not too early to plan for tax changes in the pipeline

The tax cuts implemented under former President George W. Bush expire at the end of this year, unless renewed by Congress. And with partisan divide in Washington and a contentious election campaign ahead, renewal of the lower tax rates is no sure thing. If no action is taken, just about every income group would pay more in 2013 taxes. Many accountants say it’s not too early to begin planning for what could be major tax changes ahead
