Shutterfly rose the most since 2009 after it disclosed an initial offer to buy Kodak’s online picture business for $23.8 million. Kodak, which filed for bankruptcy protection in January, agreed to the so-called stalking horse bid in a court-supervised auction. The deal would transfer the accounts of 75 million Kodak Gallery users to Shutterfly. The service lets users upload photos and organize galleries.
