Start-up aims to be the Twitter of video
Vsnap set to launch app for mobile devices
Will it become Twitter for video? Vsnap has done to video messaging what Twitter, which limits posts to 140 characters, has done to the written word on the Web. It has created a platform to swap short videos - limited to 60-seconds - in a bid to change the way people communicate online. The company plans to launch its mobile application on Monday in hopes of getting smartphone users to send videos of themselves instead of e-mails or tweet.
