Domino’s at highest price since ’04 IPO

During the fourth quarter of 2011, Domino’s had global retail sales of nearly $2.2 billion, according to the company’s website.


Domino’s Pizza Inc. rose to the highest price since the company went public in 2004. The chain announced Friday that it had completed its recapitalization and declared a special dividend of $3 a share. J. Patrick Doyle, chief executive, said: “The fact that we will be paying less in interest, along with the stability of a fixed interest rate over the next seven years . . . gives us the ability’’ to reward shareholders.
