Domino’s Pizza Inc. rose to the highest price since the company went public in 2004. The chain announced Friday that it had completed its recapitalization and declared a special dividend of $3 a share. J. Patrick Doyle, chief executive, said: “The fact that we will be paying less in interest, along with the stability of a fixed interest rate over the next seven years . . . gives us the ability’’ to reward shareholders.
