Google Inc. will relocate nearby subsidiary ITA Software Inc. of Cambridge to its Kendall Square offices, where it has finalized a deal to create an 800-plus-employee “urban campus” that will become the search giant’s fourth largest location in the US. ITA’s 500 employees, now working half a mile away, will join 300 existing Google staffers in a three-building complex connected by glass passageways and built to accommodate growth. Google bought the company in 2010 for $700 million.
