Michelle Obama joined health specialists from WebMD in Florida in February to promote her Let’s Move anti-obesity campaign.

WebMD Health Corp. fell 9.4 percent to the lowest price since April 2009. The medical information company said it expects to buy 5.77 million shares at $26 each for an aggregate cost of $150 million, excluding fees and expenses relating to a tender offer that expired Tuesday. These shares would represent about 10.15 percent of the New York company’s currently outstanding common stock.
