This is a token punishment. This is fraud, and the people who invented it and approved it should be in jail.
Isn't there one bank in greater Boston that is ethical?
Here's another company, in a l - o - n - g line of them that thinks its customers are stupid. It 'didn't admit wrongdoing' but yet agrees to pay $137.5 MILLION to 'settle charges.' I have just one question for the bozo CEO: if you didn't do anything wrong, Mr. Big Paycheck, why pay out MILLIONS?!?!?
