BP gas station operators sue supplier

More than 30 operators of BP gas stations, mostly in Massachusetts, have filed a breach of contract lawsuit against gasoline supplier Green Valley Oil LLC of Rhode Island after weeks without deliveries caused many to run out of gas to sell. “I’m very angry, and more scared,’’ said Robert Cahoon, the operator of the BP station on Bridge Street in Dedham. “I have a wife, I have two daughters, and as of right now I have no source of income.’’
