Hub office building at One Faneuil Hall is sold for $40m

One Faneuil Hall, a Boston office and retail building whose tenants include Abercrombie & Fitch, has been sold for $40 million, said a broker involved in the transaction. The broker is the Capital Markets division of Jones Lang LaSalle, a financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, Faneuil Hall Square LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was identified only as a “foreign investor.”
