Beacon Hill Village and other non-profit groups affiliated with Village to Village provide a wide variety of support services, from rides for doctor appointments to hiring screened repairmen, for retirees who pay annual dues. Largely organized by elderly volunteers, the services allow many aging Boomers to remain in their long-time homes after they lose mobility.
