Good article, Globe. It's great to hear about the state doing things to encourage renewable energy, and doing them in an intelligent way.
If you think oil gas and coal aren't heavily subsidized, you must have been living on another planet--or at least in another country. At least the subsidies for solar get us cleaner and make a little dent in climate change. Or doesn't Ozark think the climate is changing?
