The embattled Upper Crust pizza chain, already under federal investigation for its labor practices, is now riven by a nasty battle for control of the company among its co-owners, who are accusing each other of misusing corporate funds for personal extravagances such as a private airplane.
The fight is spelled out in a complaint and counterclaim filed in Suffolk Superior Court by Upper Crust co-owners Joshua Huggard and Brendan Higgins on one side, and founder Jordan Tobins on the other.

Three WASPS fighting over the millions that they earned by exploiting undocumented immigrant workers. Hand me a box of Kleenex. BOO HOO.
I am with HardWorkingCop. I was a big fan of their pizzas and was a frequent flyer until I learned about their "business model" of exploiting cheap, vulnerable , undocumented labor to get rich. As far as I'm concerned, they are all bad people. We haven't bought a single pie since the story broke. Personally, I am baffled at their continued success: progressives should be ashamed to patronize a business that exploits poor people, and conservatives should shun any business which employs illegals. Apparently there are lot of people who don't read the news or have no principles, or both.
