Housing prices may soon start to increase

Harvard center forecasts uptick across country

Want to really help the housing market? Help people who are underwater, but current on their mortgages refinance or lower their principle. Then you will see some action... we are all stuck because are homes are undervalued because of those who bought what they couldn't afford. I would move if that happened but right now I have not enough of a down payment because my home is worthless because of too many short sales in the area.
