Ebix, an Atlanta-based software and e-commerce services supplier to insurance companies, gained after it signed a contract with an unnamed US mutual insurance company to provide one of its software platforms. A company senior director called the deal “a large win,” and said it will start contributing strongly to the company’s carrier division revenues this year.
