Arbella Insurance Co. recently renewed its lease for 132,160 square feet of office space at 1100 Crown Colony in Quincy, said a broker involved in the transaction.
The broker is Colliers International, which added that Arbella leases the entire building. The landlord, Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, was represented in the lease transaction by Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
The five-story building at 1100 Crown Colony is located in Crown Colony Park, which is situated at the intersection of Interstate 93 and Routes 128 and 3.
Arbella is a regional property and casualty insurance company providing personal and business insurance in Massachusetts and Connecticut and business insurance in Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Headquartered in Quincy, Arbella has revenue of more than $600 million with about $1 billion assets.
