DRC wins $13m contract

Dynamics Research Corp., an Andover company that provides consulting, engineering, and technology services to federal and state governments, said Monday that it has been awarded a $13 million contract to support unmanned aircraft systems.

The contract was awarded by the Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region to support the Air Force Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office, said Dynamics Research Corp., which is also known as DRC.

The task order has a period of performance of 7.5 months and one option year, the company said in a press release, adding that this latest task order expands DRC’s work with this program by more than 20 percent, bringing total revenue with the program to about $16 million per year.
