Financial woes shutter Teen Voices

Teen Voices, a Boston-based nonprofit with a magazine by the same name, is shutting down after 24 years of existence, according to Charles E. Carter Jr., chairman of its board of directors.

The organization is closing because of financial difficulties, Carter said in a memo Wednesday to readers.
