IHOP Restaurant, a California-based chain of franchised eateries known for flapjacks and other “signature” breakfast specialties, said it is opening a restaurant Monday at Northborough Crossing in Northborough.

The new restaurant will also be serving a “broad array of lunch, dinner, and snack items,” IHOP said. The Northborough restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 7 a.m. until midnight on weekends.

Other tenants at the Northborough Crossing shopping center include Wegmans, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Kohl’s, and T.J. Maxx.
