Hain Celestial Group, a maker of tea and organic foods, posted an 82 percent spike in fourth-quarter profit and said it will buy Britain’s Premier Foods line of jams, jellies, and chocolates. Net income was $23.4 million, or 50 cents per share, compared with $12.8 million, or 28 cents, a year earlier. Hain cited an increase in sales in the natural and organic sector, as well as acquisitions.
