Jos. A. Bank stock jumps as profit beats estimates

Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. surged the most in more than three years after quarterly profit topped estimates, rising 13 percent to $23.2 million from a year earlier. The company’s
direct-marketing sales, which include its catalog and website operations, rose 39 percent. Total­ revenue increased by 13 percent to $260.3 million, topping analysts’ $250 million average­ estimate.
