Delta Air Lines is launching a new nonstop summer route from Boston to Paris as the carrier ramps up its presence at Charles de Gaulle Airport with new service from 11 US destinations.
The daily flight, which begins June 1, will be on a Boeing 757 aircraft that seats about 200 passengers. Delta currently partners with Air France on a flight between Logan International Airport and Paris, but the new flight will be on a Delta plane.
Delta is also adding flights between Paris and Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Cincinnati, Newark, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Philadelphia, and John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. All the flights will be operated in conjunction with Air France.
