You mention in your article that entrepreneurs in Boston rated Boston low on access to talent, and gave a nod to Silicon Valley as being better on this dimension. This contradicts what I'm hearing from friends in the Valley. And Microsoft recently shared a stat at a local gathering that its data show Boston to have the best access to talent of any major region for them. It would be great if the Globe could find out which is right. My guess is that entrepreneurs are frustrated by the tight talent market here, but don't realize that they actually have it better than if they were in the Valley.
