Taser reported an 17.6 percent increase in third-quarter revenue, attributing growth to an extended upgrade program for its Taser X2 device. The Arizona-based company said it earned 7 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 4 cents. Taser develops and makes electronic control devices designed for use in law enforcement, military, corrections, private security, and personal defense.
